65 × 120 yard field, 8′ × 24′ goals. Size 4 ball for 3rd–5th grade.
Two 30‑minute halves for 5th & 6th grade, with a 5‑minute halftime.
In effect from 3rd grade on — a player is offside if they're nearer the goal line than both the ball and the second‑last defender.
Allowed at throw‑ins, goal kicks, after a goal, injuries, and halftime, with the referee's permission.
Every player must get at least 50% of each half, barring late arrival or injury.
3rd–8th grade fouls are direct free kicks; a foul in the penalty area is a penalty kick.
5th–8th grade leagues hold a single‑elimination postseason with one game guaranteed.
